 ✨✨✨ Job Description:

  • Handle export shipment (Air/ Sea).
  • Issuance all relating documents including Booking Note, Shipping Advices, AWB, Cargo manifest…
  • Preparing export documentation, EDN’s, MAWB/HAWB’s and Pre-alerts.
  • To work with related parties for shipment arrangement.
  • To follow up the shipment and settle arising issues under responsibility.
  • Receiving export bookings and arranging according to client requirements.
  • Negotiating spot rates with carriers.
  • Manage and operate Customer Service and Document Department’s activities on right function and power as organizational chart.
  • Consult and help B.O.D in implementing management about professional work.
  • Give feedback to customer about goods regulations and service of company.
  • Consult progress to customer and involved departments in company.
  • Work with airlines/shipping line, insurance agencies for export goods in and out of country.
  • Contact and exchange information with first agencies for importing and exporting.
  • Take and suggest solutions for complains of customer.
  • Study and track policies which are issued by State to implement.
  • Follow up Debit/Credit from customers/agencies, control revenue/loss for each of packages.
  • Report business activities of department to B.O.D.

 

✨✨✨ Requirements:

  • Gender: Male.
  • Language: English (Workable level).
  • Education: Graduated from university.
  • Skills:

+ Graduate Degree Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade.

+ Customer services and Documentation in foreign forwarding company.

+ 5 years of working experience in Chief of air/Sea operations.

+ Good command of English.

+ Fluency in using Microsoft Office.

+ Hard working & can work under pressure.

✨✨✨ Working time: From Monday to Friday (8h00 – 17h00).

 ✨✨✨ Working place: Tan Binh District, HCMC.
