Tùy theo thời gian yêu cầu của đơn hàng, đưa ra kế hoạch làm mẫu chào khách hàng, kịp thời đáp ứng tiến độ đơn hàng… Giám sát hoạt động test mẫu để đưa ra quyết định chọn mẫu phù hợp. Kiểm tra các lỗi và phát hiện nguyên nhân xảy ra lỗi do máy móc, nguyên liệu hay quy trình đế kịp thời khắc phục. Làm việc với khách hàng để thống nhất yêu cầu và giải quyết các thắc mắc hoặc phàn nàn của khách về chất lượng sản phẩm xuất ra.
